Legal and GeneralEquity Release mortgages can be a great way for people to free up some of the funds from their homes, without worrying about increasing their repayments. However, it does mean losing some value when their property is sold. So, why are we seeing a rise in the popularity of Equity Release? Is it just a case of the younger generation needing to use “the bank of mum and dad”, or are there other reasons for people to consider releasing equity from their homes?

Victoria Williams, Lender Account Executive at Legal & General Mortgage Club, will be joined by Equity Release specialist lenders to discuss where they think Equity Release is going and why these products may be right for your clients. Joining the session:
