Sophie’s Adviser Coffee Morning: RIO Vs Lifetime Mortgages with L&G Home Finance

Join Sophie Holloman from the Club’s Telephone Relationship Management team for her next coffee morning where she will be joined by colleagues from Legal & General Home Finance.

The panel will be looking at the difference between Retirement Interest Only (RIO) mortgages and Lifetime mortgages and how mortgage suitability and affordability criteria differ between the two. They will also be discussing who benefits from a RIO, as well as exploring the negative press associated with the “stress test” on RIOs.
