Introducing the Track Record mortgage: No deposit needed.

For too long, deposits have held back renters from becoming homeowners. With house prices and the cost of living rising, how can people be expected to pay their rent, keep up with bills and save 5 figure sums for deposits?

We think that needs to change. Which is why we’re delighted to be the first lender in the market to introduce the Track Record mortgage – up to 100% LTV lending for renters who want to become First Time Buyers (eligibility criteria applies).

We think this could be the start of the great shift – turning generation rent into generation homeowner.

Jen Lloyd, Head of Mortgage Products at Skipton Building Society will be joining us to showcase criteria, plus there will be a LIVE Q&A session.

Attendees who attend the full session will be sent learning certificates which can be used for CPD.
