Mark’s role at Tandem includes creating and developing relationships with brokers, networks, packagers and mortgage clubs. As a Key Relationship Manager, he always seeks to assist mortgage intermediaries using his industry knowledge and experience. Mark has over twenty years of experience in the mortgage industry. He started his career in mortgage processing in 1999 at Bristol & West before moving on to the sales team as a telephone BDM and ultimately progressing to the field-based sales team.

In 2005, he joined GMAC RFC as a BDM before setting up his own mortgage business and working as a self-employed mortgage adviser in 2007. He returned to BDM work in 2012 with Aldermore and then moved on to Pepper Money in 2016 as he continued to grow and establish himself in the specialist lending start-up area of the market.

After 18 months as a BDM working in the conveyancing sector for SortRefer, he joined Tandem Bank as a Key Relationship Manager in July 2022. Mark has two daughters and loves taking time out with the family outside of work. His other interests include MotoGP, football and boxing.

David is a highly motivated Key Relationship Manager at Tandem Specialist Mortgages, supporting and working with intermediaries nationwide. David takes the time to understand the Intermediaries he works with, quickly building rapport that builds long-lasting relationships built upon mutual trust and understanding.

David has previously held Business Development Roles with TML and is passionate about unlocking the property ladder for the under-served and those with complex circumstances. Outside of work, I am a family man and love nothing more than spending time with my wife and daughters.
