Join presenter Hayley Young as she talks about Guardian’s innovation designed to pay claims
Hayley says: We believe the single most important thing about a protection policy is that it pays out quickly when you expect it to.
That’s why we do a number of things differently to other providers. In this session, I’ll share with you some of our policyholders’ claim stories, and talk about how we’ve been able to pay out due to the innovation in our product design.
I’ll also share details of our claims process and our truly bespoke claims service HALO.
The claims experience is built into everything we do at Guardian, and this session will explore that in detail.
