Criteria Clinic with Knowledge Bank | Large Loans

Family Building Society are joining Knowledge Bank’s Criteria Clinic on Large Loans.

With their flexible criteria, including no maximum loan size, they’ll work closely to support both you and your client for a successful application. They can consider drawdown pensions, defined benefit pensions, and/or investment portfolios for affordability, and use a variety of incomes to support the loan.
