Webinar: Buy to let 2023 – Opportunities in a professionalising sector

This masterclass will look at important developments in the buy-to-let industry including landlords’ motivations, objectives and plans for the future. It will explore how the continued professionalisation of the sector is impacting demand for mortgage products and advice, shifting the landlord-tenant relationship and establishing the foundations of lasting change.

The session will cover:
•    How the buy-to-let landscape is evolving
•    Opportunities and challenges faced by professional landlords
•    Strategies for brokers to improve and grow their business in this market segment

The expert speakers for this session are Jon Hall, group managing director, mortgages and savings at OSB Group, who will discuss the findings of OSB Group’s recent Landlord Leaders research and Neil Chambers of Sirius Property Finance who brings his perspectives as a landlord and broker. The session will be hosted by Paula John director of Paula John Communications.
