Kevin Thomson — Appointed Corporate Director
Kevin Thomson has been appointed Corporate Director in a newly created role focused on growing our Appointed Representative (AR) network. He will work on improving the structure that supports mortgage advisers and brokers across the UK.
His responsibilities include leading the team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to ensure consistent, high-quality support for all advisers. This appointment shows our ongoing commitment to expanding the network while raising service standards for those we support.
Niall Hebron — Appointed Sales Director
Niall Hebron has been promoted to Sales Director and will now oversee internal adviser operations, including our specialist placement and packaging teams.
This change aims to improve the speed and efficiency of case placement while helping advisers secure better outcomes for their clients.
Jane Benjamin — Director of Mortgages, Now Leading Lender Relations
Jane Benjamin, our Director of Mortgages, will now assume responsibility for all lender relations across our entire offering. With her experience and knowledge, Jane will ensure advisers benefit from open access to lenders across all core product areas.
She will play a key role in providing early access to new products, clear lender communication, and exclusive events designed to keep brokers informed and competitive.
