You remain in control of the client relationship when using our packaging service. Our support team works with you throughout the case, and you can monitor progress through the broker portal. The portal also allows you to upload documents securely and provide any information the Connect team needs to progress the application.

Procuration Fee Details

For your first packaged case with us, the application fee is reduced to £99. For all the following cases, we charge £199 for a full application submission. This fee is only taken once we have secured a decision in principle or an initial commitment to lend.

When you use Connect as your mortgage packager, you receive 100 per cent of the broker commission listed in our package commission table. Connect does not normally charge any additional broker fee. If a fee is required for a specific lender or case type, we will confirm this upfront and explain how it applies.

If you choose to refer a client instead of using our packaging, you will receive a share of the agreed-upon commission. You will also receive a share of any offer or completion fees paid by the client. The adviser will still be able to recommend from the full Connect lender panel, not only the lenders available through the package route.

All advisers registered with us benefit from fast commission payments. We will automatically pay your commissions within three working days of receiving the funds from the provider.
