Restricted By Your Current Network?

Would you like to be able to advise your clients on specialist mortgage products, but your existing Network only allows you to refer this business? It can be very frustrating when you have to refer a client to a third party. Often your client is charged a higher fee, and you only receive a share of the earnings. When you refer a customer to someone else, there is always a risk of losing that customer so if you are with a restrictive Network who wont allow you to advise on products such as like second charges, bridging and commercial loans, what are your options?
