Knowledge Bank’s Lender Spotlight with Zephyr Home Loans

Andy Rowe, Regional Sales Manager at the award-winning BTL lender, Zephyr Homeloans, will provide a brief update on the rental market, including UK rent prices, headlines from a landlord survey, and planned changes to EPC rules, as well highlights from Zephyr’s lending criteria. Andy will be able to answer any questions you have and help if you have any BTL cases which need a specialist lender.

Zephyr Homeloans will be joining us to showcase their criteria, plus there will be a LIVE Q&A session.

Attendees who attend the full session will be sent learning certificates which can be used for CPD.

We encourage brokers to ask questions during the event, but if you would like to provide us with any questions you have in advance, please supply when registering. We will do our best to get through as many as possible during the live session.
