When you refer your customer, even though we will take responsibility for the client advice, we always respect that the customer is yours. We will not arrange any third party products, such as insurance, unless you want us to, and we will always treat the customer as yours, even if the customer comes to us directly in the future.
Use the referral form to refer your customers details. We will call you in the first instance, usually within 4 working hours, to discuss the referral, advice fees and answer any other queries.
You will have access to our system to track the progress of the application and on completion you will receive a share of the lender commission and advice fee. The full details are set out in the introducer agreement which will be sent to you on completion of the referral form.
