Connect IFA Ltd was founded back in 1998 by owner and director Liz Syms.

Over the years Connect has established itself as a recognised specialists in Buy to Let finance within the mortgage industry, with thousands of clients and brokers using their expertise to help find the best property finance solution available. Off the back of this demand the company launched Connect Mortgage Club in 2012, a specialist mortgage network tailored to support the needs of mortgage brokers who predominantly operate within Buy to Let and Commercial property finance. A few months later the company introduced a Mortgage Help Desk service, so to help DA brokers and members of other networks with their difficult to place mortgage enquiries.

In October 2015 the company changed it’s name to Connect for Intermediaries so to better reflect the full range of services that the company had to offer the wider broker community. The company then hit the one hundred AR member milestone in early 2016 and the popularity of the unique BTL network has continued to grow.
