OMS Portal Request

A client portal with your company branding can be purchased for a monthly fee of £15 per month plus VAT.

The portal allows you to send a link to your client so that they can register. Once registered for the portal they can complete the fact find information and upload documents, which will be visible to you when you log in to the Connect OMS system.

To proceed with the request, please complete the following declaration:

  • I would like to request a client portal from OMS.
  • I understand that my Connect Network Direct Debit payment will increase by a total of £18 per month including the VAT.
  • I am attaching the logo that I would like to use on my client portal.
  • I would like my portal to be linked to the below stated user account I already hold with OMS

On request, your bespoke portal will be set up by OMS. Please allow 2-3 weeks before this will be ready for you.

The lenders we work with pay commission at different rates. However, the amount of commission that we receive from a lender does not have an effect on the amount that you pay to that lender under your credit agreement.

Making a Complaint: It is our intention to provide you with a high level of customer service at all times.
