- An introduction to the features and benefits of Scottish Widows Protect, so you have a firm understanding of where we sit in the protection market
- A review of our underwriting approach, our areas of strength, and the medical disclosures we specialise in
- A summary of our history, our recent awards, and our 2020 claims statistics
- A few hints and tips on how to position Life and CI Insurance conversations with customers, how to demonstrate the value of insurance, and how to handle a few common objections.
