There has been an increase in the number of UK adults in vulnerable circumstances as a result of the pandemic*. Consequently, the FCA has now issued its ‘Finalised Guidance’ to ensure the fair treatment of vulnerable customers, and this topic remains high on their agenda.
Due to the continuing prominence of this matter, we would like to invite you to register for our upcoming webinar on Thursday 22nd April at 10.30am.
