‘Lunch & learn’ – ‘The life stages of protection’ with Zurich

5 February, 2021 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm

Join Zurich Business Development Manager, James Peacock, as he talks about:

The Life Stages of Protection

Why does your client’s stage of life play such a big part in determining the protection recommendation you make?

Just how do you make sure you’re offering the right cover, at the right time?

If you’re not sure (or even if you are but want a refresher) then James will explain all.
This lunch & learn session will cover various case studies showing how protection products can form part of clients’ financial needs in all stages of life.

It will show you how product flexibility can offer more comprehensive cover and will also help you overcome typical client objections.  He’ll also demonstrate how to use widely available resources to put your clients’ fears to rest.

‘Life stages’ as a concept amongst insurers isn’t new but this session will give you a useful recap of what to think about when speaking to your mortgage clients. You might even be able to advise your clients’ adult children too, creating additional revenue streams beyond the mortgage.

Here’s an article that Zurich published back in 2019 to give you food for thought and whet your appetite for Friday’s session.

The presentation will last for around 45 minutes and there will be time for questions at the end. You’ll earn CPD points for attending the session so don’t forget to collect your certificate and if you complete the test that will be published in the week after the session, you’ll earn bonus CPD points too.
