28 January, 2022

Friday 28th January at 12pm

Register for FREE here.

We are already at the end of January, which can only mean one thing… the very first Question of Knowledge webinar of 2022!

For many, the start of a new year offers the perfect opportunity to start on a high – whether it’s finally having enough deposit for getting your own place or simply wanting to move out of the back bedroom, this is the time of the first-time buyers!

Knowledge Bank will be exploring:

  • Acceptable sources of deposits
  • Guarantors, Family Assistant Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor
  • Housing Schemes available to First Time Buyers
  • Affordability
  • Improving Credit Scores of First Time Buyers
  • Tips and information to give to help explain the process

Knowledge Bank’s CEO and Founder, Nicola Firth, will host and be joined by Roger Morris, Group Lending Engagement Director and Liza Campion, Head of Corporate Accounts, both representing Precise Mortgages and Kent Reliance for Intermediaries.

Attendees who attend the full session will be sent learning certificates which can be used for CPD.

Knowledge Bank encourage brokers to ask questions during the event, but if you would like to provide them with any questions you have in advance, please supply when registering below. They will do their best to get through as many as possible during the live session.
