Contract workers can come in lots of forms, all of which carry their own criteria which can be dramatically different from one to the next!

Our next Criteria Clinic will be discussing Contractors – from Fixed Term, Short Term, Long Term, IT and even Subcontractors!

Join us for our next LIVE Criteria Clinic at 10am on 8th August where we will be answering your questions on criteria relating to Contractors and helping you place those cases.

This Clinic will be hosted by our CEO & Founder, Nicola Firth. Joining us to answer your questions and give you some valuable insight into this area of lending are:

  • Martin Burgess, Senior Business Development Manager – Metro Bank
  • Charlie Stack, Key Account Manager – The Mortgage Lender
  • Emma Evans, Intermediary Sales Manager – Newbury Building Society

Attendees who attend the full session will be sent learning certificates which can be used for CPD.

We encourage brokers to ask questions during the event, but if you would like to provide us with any questions you have in advance, please supply when registering. We will do our best to get through as many as possible during the live session.
