Are your clients looking to purchase a property via a limited company?

Taking out a buy-to-let mortgage through a limited company or SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) can be more tax-efficient than doing so in the client’s personal name.

But with rising interest rates, subsidiary companies, choosing the correct SIC Codes and each lenders criteria on shareholding percentages, this side of the market can be difficult to navigate.

Join us for our next LIVE Criteria Clinic at 10am on Friday 14th July 2023 where we will be answering your questions on criteria relating to Limited Company and helping you place those cases!
