I am delighted to invite you to our webinar, ‘How to speed up a company purchase’, in conjunction with Kent Reliance for Intermediaries on Wednesday 30 September 2020 at 11am.

The Chancellor, Rishi Sunak, announced on 8 July 2020 that there will be no stamp duty payable on property purchases up to £500,000 until 31 March 2021. This announcement coupled with the easing of lockdown measures has seen increased levels of activity in the property market.

In amongst this surge of economic activity, BTL Investors, Landlords and Brokers will be eager to understand how they can get ahead of the competition.

This free webinar, in which you will hear from Perdip Bhachu of Blacks Solicitors and Roger Morris of Kent Reliance for Intermediaries, is designed to provide an insight into the inner workings of a company purchase transaction and what you need to know to get your purchase completed quickly.
