How to Qualify:

There are two levels Specialist and Expert depending on business levels achieved in Ground up Development Finance:

Development Finance Specialist

4 completed cases totalling £6 million in lending annually.
Full Network Share on direct submissions with no marketing deductions.
Brickflow Standard Licence refunded(£25 + VAT per month).
Levels must be maintained each calendar year.

Development Finance Expert

10 completed cases totalling £15 million in lending annually.
Full Network Share on direct submissions with no marketing deductions.
Brickflow Enterprise Licence refunded (£150 +VAT per month)
levels must be maintained each calendar year.

Commissions

Some Development Finance Lenders don’t recognise the term “Procuration Fee”. Therefore, for clarity, the procuration fee shown on the commission website assumes a 1% fee is added to the lender Arrangement fee.
